DIFC PropTech Hub And Innovo Open Construction Sites To AI Startups

The partnership gives Dubai a practical route for moving property technology from accelerator programmes into live construction environments.

Dubai PropTech Hub, an initiative of Dubai International Financial Centre, and Innovo Group have signed a strategic partnership to pilot and scale construction innovation across the UAE and the wider Global South. The agreement gives startups in the hub's Global Landing Pad programme direct access to real-world testing environments across Innovo's live projects and engineering operations.

DIFC said Dubai PropTech Hub was launched in 2025 as part of the DIFC Innovation Hub, with an ambition to support more than 200 PropTech startups and attract more than $300 million in investment by 2030. The hub provides licensing options, workspaces and support programmes designed to move technologies from concept to commercialisation.

The partnership is aimed at innovations spanning artificial intelligence, robotics, digital twins, automation, sustainable materials and new construction methodologies. Arif Amiri, chief executive of DIFC Authority, said Innovo's participation would help move PropTech solutions into live construction environments, while Innovo chief executive Bishoy Azmy said the company would provide startups with the project environments and engineering expertise needed to prove and scale their solutions.
