Hub71 Opens A Second UAE India Route For Startups Scaling Through Abu Dhabi

The programme gives Indian founders a defined path into Abu Dhabi capital, customers, regulators and corporate partners as the emirate competes for global technology companies.

Hub71 has announced support for the second edition of the UAE India Start-Up Series, a cross-border innovation programme run by the UAE-India CEPA Council to help high-potential Indian startups scale through the UAE. The new edition will support ten Indian startups, with three shortlisted into Hub71’s Access Programme and one onboarded with AED 250,000 in in-kind incentives and AED 250,000 in cash through a SAFE note.

Seven more startups will join the Hub71 Immersion Programme, combining a week of virtual preparation on the Abu Dhabi and UAE ecosystem with a week of in-person sessions focused on market entry and introductions across Hub71’s partner network. Hub71 said selected founders will engage investors, corporates, regulators and ecosystem partners as they assess Abu Dhabi as a base for expansion.

The first edition has already moved Indian companies into Hub71 programmes, including Endimension, an AI-first radiology platform serving more than 800 hospitals and diagnostic centres and having analysed more than 1.5 million scans. UAE Ambassador to India Abdulnasser Alshaali said the series had attracted more than 10,000 applications in its first edition and was intended to turn the CEPA framework into tangible startup opportunity.
