Abu Dhabi Puts Inception AI Suite Into Government Procurement And Talent Workflows

The agreement moves Abu Dhabi’s AI-native government strategy from broad ambition into specific back-office systems with named deployment pipelines.

The Department of Government Enablement and Inception have formed a partnership to accelerate Abu Dhabi Government’s ambition to become the world’s first AI-native government by 2027. The agreement centres on (In)Government, a product suite intended to embed advanced AI into back-office functions across government operations, beginning with procurement and human capital.

The procurement pillar will use (In)Procurement to automate supplier registration, introduce virtual purchasing assistants for repetitive orders, support negotiation copilots and create smart request for proposal tools. The human capital pillar will support Mawaheb, Abu Dhabi Government’s national talent platform, using Inception’s Talent Enablement Platform to learn from hiring and retention data and improve matching over time.

DGE said it has identified and is developing more than 200 AI use cases for rollout across government, with more than 100 already in use. The procurement pillar is expected to enable approximately 25 AI use cases, while the human capital pillar will unlock at least 10, making the partnership a direct adoption signal for AI systems inside public administration.

G42 Launches Digital Embassies Model For Remote Sovereign AI Deployment

G42 has launched Digital Embassies and Greenshield, a sovereign operating model designed to let nations deploy artificial intelligence securely and at scale while retaining legal authority and control over their data, systems and policies even when infrastructure is located outside their borders. The model is aimed at governments whose AI adoption plans are moving faster than domestic cloud and data centre buildouts.

Greenshield will be implemented by Core42 through a heterogeneous AI Cloud spanning sovereign compute and cloud environments in North America, Europe and the UAE. G42 said the model complements the UAE’s 5-gigawatt AI campus, which is designed to serve roughly half the world’s population within a 3,200-kilometre radius with sub-60 millisecond latency.

MGX And Partners Move Campus AI Toward 3 Gigawatts In France

MGX, Bpifrance and Mistral have announced plans to expand Campus AI in France, with a goal of developing up to 3 gigawatts of compute capacity nationwide. The selection of a second site will double the initial investment by the consortium and its partners, extending the programme beyond the flagship Fouju campus in Seine-et-Marne.

Campus AI is a joint venture between Bpifrance, Mistral, MGX and NVIDIA, and is intended to provide large-scale compute capacity for European AI demand, including Mistral as shareholder and anchor French AI champion. The announcement was made at the Choose France Summit and witnessed by French President Emmanuel Macron and Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi’s Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council.

Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League Takes Its AI Testbed To Imola

The Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League will make its international debut on 5 September 2026 at Imola in Italy, bringing up to five fully autonomous race cars based on the Dallara Super Formula SF23 to the circuit. Organised by ASPIRE, the grand challenges arm of Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council, the league has moved from two seasons at Yas Marina Circuit into its first overseas race before returning to Abu Dhabi for the 2026 season finale.

A2RL said its racing platform has progressed from a world-first four-car autonomous race into a six-car Grand Final with wheel-to-wheel racing at more than 250 kilometres per hour. The performance gap between autonomous systems and professional drivers narrowed from 10 seconds in 2024 to 1.58 seconds in 2025, while the Sim Sprint platform delivered more than 5,000 hours of collective simulation testing across 11 teams during the prior season.
