UAE and Dell Put Agentic AI Prototypes on the Government Agenda

The collaboration links the UAE Government’s agentic AI programme to implementation support, use-case development and technical planning with a major global supplier.

The UAE Artificial Intelligence Office has launched a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies to turn artificial intelligence opportunities into government applications. The partnership will develop prototypes and implementation-ready solutions, while providing specialised knowledge sessions for government entities on agentic AI.

The arrangement was announced during a United States visit by UAE government AI leaders, organised with the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. Delegates reviewed Dell’s AI Factory and discussed AI strategy, secure technology environments and opportunities to identify operational use cases across public services.

PureHealth Gives Daman a Document AI System at National Scale

PureHealth has launched an AI-powered document-processing system for the National Insurance Company, Daman, designed to handle more than 60 million documents a year and support more than three million members in the UAE. The company said the system is expected to convert more than 80 per cent of documents into structured digital data and reduce processing times from days to minutes.

Built by PureCS, the system uses large language models, intelligent classification and structured data extraction for policyholder requests, including enrolments, endorsements and complex claims. PureHealth said the platform also establishes a foundation for later claims and prior-authorisation processing.

M42 Takes Oracle Data Platform Into Diabetes Care

Abu Dhabi-based M42 plans to adopt Oracle Health Data Intelligence to bring clinical, genomic and real-world data together across its network. The companies said the platform will support chronic-disease management, population-health programmes and precision-care delivery, beginning with M42’s diabetes programmes.

Oracle said the integration with Oracle Health Foundation EHR follows their earlier work to make pharmacogenomic information from the Emirati Genome Programme available to clinicians. M42 said the unified environment will support faster insights, care coordination and AI-driven exploration of health data.
